Building on the success of our previous partnerships with SW4 Last.fm teamed up with the festival again to host the Last.fm Arena on the Sunday. Clapham Common won’t know what’s hit it.
We’re proud to be the digital partner for SW4 , London’s premier dance festival! 

This year we’ve crammed in as much talent as we can into one day. Our line up includes Sub Focus, Richie Hawtin, Andy C, Joker, Mums of Death and we’ve got very special guests in the form of Modeselektor and Gaisa. That is just a handful and all of these acts are the people that you have been listening to on our Hype Charts. The line up for the Last.fm Presents activity has been hand picked from those charts so you should know that you made it happen from what you’ve been listening to and well done. It’s an amazing line up. 

Make sure that you mark your attendance to the festival on this event page and if you’re feeling in the mood take a listen to the festival radio which will play you hits from all of the artists playing.

Last.fm Presents the Rising Stage @ Summer Sundae 2011

Last.fm has renewed its partnership with Summer Sundae to host a stage with a line up of all the artists we can cram into a tent over a weekend in Leicester.

We’re proud to be the digital partner for Summer Sundae where anything goes. They even have their own beer festival within the festival! 

The line up includes *deep breath* Born Ruffians, Little Comets, Pete and the Pirates, Ben Howard and 2:54. That is just a handful and all of these acts are the people that you have been listening to on our Hype Charts. The line up for the Last.fm Presents activity has been hand picked from those charts so you should know that you made it happen from what you’ve been listening to and well done. It’s an amazing line up.

Last.fm has teamed up with Sonisphere Festival to host a weekend of metal on The Bohemia Stage from 8th July - 10th July 2011. We’re proud to be the digital partner for Sonisphere Festival and building on the success of last year have a killer line up for you to check out.

The line up includes Cancer Bats, Killing Joke, The Answer, Pulled Apart By Horses, Twisted Sister…..we could honestly go on for hours. It’s going to rock! Get Loaded in the Park is back and Last.fm is teaming up with them to host an amazing stage of music on the 12th June. We’re proud to be providing the Last.fm Arena hosted by The Flowerpot in association with View London.

We will be bringing you: Johnny Flynn, Slow Club, Sound of Rum, The Agitator, Beans on Toast, Six Nation State, Dark Moon, The Joker & The Thief and if that’s not enough the Last.fm DJs will also be dropping some beats.

The line up for this has been picked from the Hype charts so you helped make this happen. Johnny Flynn is gaining listeners fast with over 177,000 listeners and Slow Club aren’t far behind with nearly 135,000 listeners. It’s set to be a Sunday with a mixed bag of artists playing our stage so make sure you get down there early to avoid missing any of them and saying you saw them first here!

Last.fm and Dummy are both presenting their amazing nights at XOYO on the 25^th of Feb.

Dummy presents: Lone, Pariah, Becoming Real, Snortex

Dummy is 2 this year and the partying starts at XOYO on Friday 25 February where they present some of their very favourites artists from last year who’ll also be hitting hard in 2011. Plus a very special guest we’ll be announcing soon…
As well as releasing one of our top albums of 2010  LONE wove brain-melting magic when we saw him play live last April at Feeding Werk. It’s safe to say we’re beside ourselves that he’ll be playing live at our first party of 2011. PARIAH is someone we’ve been excited about since, oooh, forever. Last May he got us bubbling with a UK garage mix (download Dummy Mix 36 // Pariah) then he released the very beautiful ‘Safehouses’ EP on label of the moment R&S. Expect big things. Since we interviewed BECOMING REAL a year ago he’s released an EP with Trim (‘Spectre’ on Not Even), supported Salem and remixed a ton of folks including Forest Swords and Jamie Woon. We saw him play a few times last year and every time he twisted our insides out in the very best of ways. SNORETEX is the fresh-out-the-box solo project of Sam from Walls (download Dummy Mix 31 // Walls) and Allez Allez. He stunned us with debut trackStrange Aeons late last year so we’re well excited to present his very first Snoretex live set.

Last FM host the gallery space with Brassica – live, Rebecca from Slow Club playing a special R&B set, Dollop DJs and Last FM DJs.

Noorderslag, what started in the 80’s as little more than a fun musical battle between ten Belgian and ten Dutch acts, has now become one of the main events in the European music sector!

Each year Eurosonic Noorderslag picks a focus country; the 2011 edition has a focus on the Netherlands.
